Applicant Selection Criteria:
Monthly net income at least 3 times the rent amount
At least 2 years of verifiable rental history with no damages or significant lease violations
Positive references from previous landlords (not including family members)
No prior evictions
No recent bankruptcies
No criminal history that poses a threat to others
No smokers and no large dogs
No outstanding debt to a utility company
Mostly positive pay history on credit report for last 2 years
Truthful, accurate and complete information provided with application
